Tiers of Wedding Cupcakes in Tissue Wrappers





  • Wedding cupcakes are dual flavored
  • Trio of blue flowers: devil's food cake topped with chai-espresso cinnamon buttercream
  • Purple flowers: red velvet cake topped with cookies n'cream cheese icing
  • Cake at the top is german chocolate with vanilla buttercream icing, decorated in blue marshmallow fondant flowers

A Simple Summer Cake

    Cupcake Circus

    For a friend's son's third birthday, I put together a number of cupcakes in a circus type theme, from the book, Hello, Cupcake! Unfortunately, there isn't a photo of the assembled cupcake tree, but here are the layers disassembled: poodles, lions, and clowns.
